- Two separate apartment suites housed inside a privately-owned apartment building in Urbana provide a stepping stone to independence for young adults ages 17-21.
- Each apartment suite contains a kitchen, living space, staff office and three bedrooms, with one suite reserved for young men and one for young women.
- Residents receive counseling, life skills education, and ongoing guidance to develop skills they will need to live independently.
- Transitional Living apartments opened in 2009.
