- CIRCLE Academy and Gerber School students eat lunch and dinner in the dining hall on Spalding's main floor.
- Kitchen staff also prepare dinner and weekend meals for the residential program, which are served family-style in the units.
- The lower level houses the maintenance and housekeeping departments.
- The second floor contains offices of our Quality Assurance department, the office of the Gerber School Social Worker, a small training room and space for the HR Training Coordinator.
- Dedicated in 1938, Spalding was originally designed to house a
dormitory on the second level and a dining room and
kitchen on the first floor.
- It was built with funds from bequests
from Cunningham supporters and named in honor of Minnie Spalding,
a major contributor.
