Lori comes to HopeSprings with more than 25 years of customer service, clerical, administrative assistant and accounting experience. At HopeSprings, she is responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and checking-in clients and scheduling or rescheduling appointments as necessary. In addition, Lori is generally the initial point of contact for service referrals and obtains the basic demographic and insurance details for processing by our Intake Specialist.
Other responsibilities include providing clerical and administrative support for the staff and maintaining the client database and physical files to ensure current and accurate records to sustain ongoing compliance. Lori will make appointment reminder notifications as well as receive and process receipts for client co-pays, self-pay fees or balance dues.

Education: Associate in Applied Science in Accounting from Parkland College; Certificate in Travel and Tourism from Parkland College.
