"As Volunteer Appreciation Week comes to an end, Cunningham Children's Home wishes to THANK so many who make a difference in the lives of our youth.

Thank you to our Board and Committee members who travel from all corners of the state to lead Cunningham, embodying the spirit of Judge Joseph Cunningham and his vision to help children heal and find hope.

Thank you to the United Methodist Women throughout the Illinois Great Rivers Conference who work tirelessly on our behalf. For 120 years, your generous spirits and prayerful hearts have laid the foundation for our success.

Thank you to existing and new friends who share their time, talents, and resources with us and our kids throughout the year. You are the ones who wrap gifts during the holidays, offer sports clinics during summer months, provide quilts to show our youth love, and SO MUCH MORE.

And because the 11th Annual Festival of Quilts is only a week behind us, we would be remiss to not mention the more than 100 people who gave of their time quilting, crafting, baking, volunteering time, etc. to help us raise the funds needed to provide important programs and services for our youth. Thanks to you, we raised more than $52,000 this year.

At Cunningham, our vision is to see every child thrive. As volunteers, you come alongside us to make that a reality for each youth we serve.  We are so grateful for you.
