Getting Help

It takes courage to ask for help when your family is in crisis. While Cunningham is a resource for some families, it's important that you begin close to home. Community mental health centers, school social workers, and local and national hotlines are all good places to start.

Because of the high cost of residential treatment and day treatment education, it is unlikely that individual families will be able to afford our services without a referral and funding from an agency such as a local school district, the Department of Children and Family Services, the Department of Human Services, or the Department of Corrections.

Our Intake/Admissions coordinator is available to answer questions about our agency and about the referral process by phone at (217) 367-3728. If you need immediate assistance, contact one of the crisis hotlines listed below.
