Stephanie Irby joined the HopeSprings family as Intake & Accounts Receivable Specialist in February 2019. She has seven years experience in accounts receivables coming from a non-profit hospital setting. In this position, Stephanie is responsible for organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures. She is also a key part of the intake and billing process and her responsibilities include tracking referrals, checking client’s benefits, billing for services, and following up on billing rejections as needed.
Stephanie also serves our clients by supporting the Program Assistant in helping to manage front desk duties.
She is excited to assist new referrals and continue care for current clients through her love for people and knowledge of insurance benefits.
