Jordan has three years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families providing crisis, psychoeducational, and clinical services. She has worked with families and individuals who are in crisis, burdened by financial, relational, and health problems, struggling to balance their many life stresses, and recovering from chronic and complex traumas. She enjoys working alongside parents to explore ways they can best care for their family.
Jordan also has experience with survivors of sexual assault/abuse and domestic violence, as well as working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, ADHD, parent-child relational issues, and childhood behavioral issues.
Jordan is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT). She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, play therapy, and other treatment approaches in her strengths-based individual and family work with children, youth, and adults.
